IF YOU OWN PROPERTY

On Maui, you can obtain a Resident Card by verifying your ownership. This can be done verifying your TMK number by using the Maui Property Tax database located at www.mauipropertytax.com/.

When the you click on the above link a new window will open with the property tax website. Enter your address in the search window and submit. A list of properties will be displayed. Find your property and note the property number displayed to the left. It also tells us about the property taxes you pay and this is the primary reason you qualify for the Maui Resident Card.

The, simply complete the order form, pay for your card with credit card or paypal; and then print your card right on our website! All of the details about your property are available on the County of Maui Property Tax website: www.mauipropertytax.com/. When you search for your name you may wish to copy the details abut your tax payments and other facts that are available to you.
